Consumers who pay for commodities are entitled to the enjoyment of the full benefits accruing to their goods and services upon payment. Therefore, we ensure that all the rights of the consumers are duly acquired while ensuring the conformity of the goods and services to the standards of the Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON), National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) amongst other regulatory bodies in Nigeria.
