We have successfully prosecuted/defended several matters in the Superior Courts of Record and are fully equipped to handle both commercial disputes/other disputes which at the option of the Client are referred to Arbitration.
Further, in keeping with global trends, the Firm is actively involved in guiding and assisting its clientele on preventive law issues. The import of this, is to prevent law disputes before it arises. Our involvement with our client’s business ensures that clients are proactively conscious in their operations and policies, towards avoiding legal disputes.
